EU Orders

All orders shipped within the EU are sent with no additional charges from our side at checkout. However, we are not responsible for any customs inspections, delays, or charges imposed by local authorities.

Orders Outside the EU

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or clearance fees according to your country’s regulations.

We do not cover, reimburse, or refund any customs-related fees, delays, or confiscations.

If a parcel is held, delayed, returned, or seized by customs, this is outside of our control and no refunds or replacements will be issued.

 

Shipping Days

• Orders are shipped Monday to Friday

• Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday

• Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will be dispatched the following business day
